On Thursday 13 June, we attended the HR in Motion conference at the Beatrix Theatre in Utrecht. There, we had a discussion with HR professionals on themes such as vitality, behaviour and work happiness in relation to work mobility. A valuable warm-up for the Dutch Mobility Summit we are organising on Monday 13 October.
Despite the national public transport strike and gridlocked traffic, the room was packed. The conversations were open, energetic and relatable. Once again, it became clear: HR professionals want to make a difference. They are looking for ways to keep their employees healthy, satisfied and inspired at work in a safe and sustainable working environment.
From recognition to action
We will take this recognition to the Dutch Mobility Summit on 13 October. There, we will offer concrete tools, insights and practical examples to really get sustainable work mobility moving. Not just for inspiration, but especially to help participants get started within their organisations tomorrow.
Shake it till you make it
Vitality was not only on the programme at HR in Motion, but could also be experienced literally. With our Shakefiets, two bicycles on which you make your own smoothie while pedalling, we brought a touch of fun and awareness. Because sustainable choices can also be fun.
